ZenOptics was founded by Heena Sood and Saurabh Khera to solve problems caused by the rapid proliferation of BI tools, fragmented analytics, and the growing gap between data investments and actual decision-making.

Prior to ZenOptics, they had years of firsthand experience dealing with these chaotic data and analytics environments and observed missed business opportunities and poor returns on data and analytics projects.

ZenOptics brings clarity, trust, and alignment to modern BI environments by unifying analytics discovery, governance, and AI-driven execution into a single, purpose-built Decision Intelligence platform.
